CloudRaker is looking for an Account Planner to join our growing Toronto team. Our ideal candidate loves taking on new challenges, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working on both digital and traditional projects. This person can spend hours deep diving into a subject, and synthesize it for teammates in a heartbeat.
In this role, this person will work primarily on brand strategy and integrated campaigns for our clients in Montreal and Toronto.

Analyze client needs and opportunities;
Provide meaningful insights from market research, competitive analysis, and deep consumer journey understanding;
Translate insights into briefs for the creative teams;
Participate in developing effective strategies based on consumer insights and clients’ business objectives;
Work closely with the team (Advisors, Creative team, Media...) to ensure strategic alignment throughout the project;
Provide strategic leadership for our clients and our team by providing a framework on various activities such as: brand strategy, communication and messaging strategy, persona development,value proposition, etc.
Support agency new business activities as needed.
Minimum of 5 years in an account planning / strategist role or equivalent;
An educational background in account planning (school or mentorship from a brilliant strategist in an agency);
Experience in developing brand strategy & knowledge about integrated marketing;
Worked on both offline & online campaigns;
Excellent communication skills;
The ability to juggle multiple projects and know how to prioritize;
A passion for staying informed about web, mobile, and digital media trends, current and future;
Experience with retail clients (nice-to-have).
