Digital Advisor, Montreal

Your Day-to-Day:

Client Management

  • Develop an open relationship between the agency and clients;

  • Understand the client’s business needs in order to deliver effective marketing solutions;

  • Help develop innovative and creative recommendations and proposals for digital projects;

  • Bring new ideas to the table about how we can better serve our clients.


  • Prepare creative briefs by outlining the client’s objectives, challenges, targets, branding guidelines and positioning, in order to align the teams in creating and building meaningful digital projects.

  • Understand client’s financial and business realities in order to set budgets and ensure they are respected;

  • Help the project manager plan, organize, and execute strategic and tactical projects for clients;

  • Accompany a multidisciplinary dream team and make sure everyone stays on track with the client’s business objectives;

  • Ensure the strategic and artistic direction established by the team are respected.

You have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;

  • An educational background in Marketing or a related field;

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French;

  • Experience managing digital projects and working closely with various people;

  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and or clients and know how to prioritize;

  • Experience with retail clients (nice-to-have).
